Celebrating employees' one-year anniversary and sharing the significance of our challenge coin.
When a USAA employee completes one year of service, they are awarded a challenge coin - a tradition deeply rooted in military culture, which is the foundation of the company's values. This video aims to shed light on the significance of the challenge coin and why it is used to commemorate this special milestone.
After receiving the script, I captured detailed shots of the coin, military coins, and various sections of the home office to incorporate into the video. Meanwhile, the scriptwriter recorded the voice-over. I used After-Effects to generate motion graphics during post-production to enhance the visuals. I also obtained footage from a few stock footage sites for scenes I couldn't personally film.
