Project Overview:
This interactive e-learning course was created to train USAA Agency team members on the foundational concepts of pipeline management. The course was built in Articulate Rise to deliver a clean learning experience supporting self-paced development and enhancing sales workflow accuracy across distributed teams.
The purpose of this project was to take subject matter expertise and transform it into a scalable, brand-aligned course that simplified complex processes and increased learner confidence.
The objective was to translate complex financial information into an engaging and easily digestible visual format, enhancing learner comprehension and retention.
My Role:
Instructional Design & Content Development: Collaborated with the Subject Matter Expert to gather raw knowledge and outline the course. Used AI-assisted tools to organize the structure, generate content drafts, and script the training videos.
Course Authoring: Designed and built the course in Articulate Rise, with a focus on interactivity, logical progression, and learner engagement.
Visual Design: Created custom diagrams, icons, and layouts in Adobe Illustrator to support the learner’s journey, while blending in branded USAA assets to ensure visual consistency.
Video Production and Animation: Animated core video content in After Effects, recorded and edited narration, and finalized videos in Adobe Premiere Pro.
LMS Integration and Tracking: Uploaded and configured the SCORM file in Percipio to track learner progress, completions, and feedback.

Outcome:
The course successfully simplified the complex sales pipeline workflow into a clear, repeatable learning path. Within the first 30 days of deployment, the course received a 95% completion rate with overwhelmingly positive feedback from both learners and leadership.
Sales managers noted increased consistency in how team members approached pipeline updates and follow-ups. By integrating motion design and bite-sized content delivery, the course improved engagement while reducing time to proficiency.
This course now serves as a core component of onboarding and refresher training for the Agency department, saving time, aligning processes, and reinforcing a performance-first mindset across the team.
